Andrew Berberian

Andrew holds a Bachelor’s in Sustainable Energy Management. Before joining Armatherm, he worked across multiple areas of sustainability, from designing and installing solar arrays to performing home energy audits.

With seven years of experience in the thermal break industry, Andrew helps guide the sector toward more efficient and sustainable building practice. He also holds a LEED Green Associate credential. His background across several fields gives him a broad perspective on how sustainable design integrates with the thermal envelope in the built environment.

Outside of work, he enjoys boating, sailing, cooking, and entertaining.

Marketing and Education Director

Neal Lojek

Neal Lojek is the Marketing and Education Director at Armatherm. He works with architects, engineers, and contractors on structural thermal break specification and building envelope performance.

Neal has spent his career focused on energy conservation in construction, from early thermal efficiency work through to today’s net-zero and high-performance building standards.

He has particular expertise in mitigating thermal bridging and integrating continuous insulation into practical, buildable designs.

Adam Goncalves

After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Adam built extensive experience in sales before joining Armatherm as an Estimator in 2021. He moved into the Sales Manager role in 2023 and now leads a team of 17 independent representatives across North America.

Working closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals throughout the United States and Canada, Adam has developed a deep knowledge of Armatherm’s products and structural thermal breaks. He is a strong advocate for sustainable building practice and the correct application of thermal bridging solutions.

In his free time, Adam enjoys hiking, cycling, and gardening.

Sally Stack

Sally Stack is the External Education Manager at Armatherm Thermal Bridging Solutions. She coordinates and presents Lunch and Learns and manages the outreach team.

Sally is currently working towards her LEED Green Associate certification and is on track to complete it in summer 2026. She grew up around architects and builders and studied art history at Smith College, where her interest in architecture developed.

In her spare time, Sally writes poetry and short stories and is working on a novel.

Paul Beech

Paul Beech is the International Sales Manager at Armatherm, responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing office-based sales operations.

He travels extensively across the UK and international markets to strengthen brand awareness, build lasting client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. With a strong background in sales leadership, Paul is passionate about developing high-performing teams and leads the training and mentoring of UK sales staff.

Lee Metcalfe

Lee Metcalfe is an experienced Operations Manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day production and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless delivery across multiple markets.

With a strong background in production management, Lee played a key role in establishing and launching production operations in Ireland and the United States, while also providing strategic support during the development of Canadian production activities. Known for his hands-on leadership style and operational expertise, Lee has successfully coordinated complex logistics, streamlined workflows, and built scalable production processes that support business growth.

His ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate international operations has been instrumental in delivering consistent results across diverse production environments.

Emma Sugden

Emma is a dedicated Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable professional responsible for overseeing the company’s financial accounts and ensuring efficient management of customer and supplier transactions. Emma is also instrumental in overseeing payment processes, ensuring account statements are issued accurately and on time, and supporting the smooth operation of the company’s financial activities. With a strong focus on financial control, Emma demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry, helping to prevent and identify financial discrepancies.

Her excellent organisational skills contribute significantly to the financial stability and operational efficiency of the business. Emma is highly proficient in financial systems and is recognised for her proactive approach and reliability.
