The project will boost dining capacity, enhance building sustainability and efficiency, and present a dynamic residential experience to students, parents, and visitors to campus. It involves over 316,300 square feet of rehabilitation and new construction.
University Housing has teamed up with Booth Hansen architects, Boeren-Russo Construction, to plan the multimillion-dollar refurbishment. Together with environmentally friendly design, Boeren Russo Builders’ on-site management of the continuous insulation system employing ArmaGirt™ Z Girt thermal breaks ensures affordable, environmentally friendly, and comfortable living environments.
